A delicious burger made with meat minced on site, a salad topped with smoked trout from the Ardoisières, or a cheese tart—enough to satisfy your appetite at lunchtime or in the evening. In between meals, enjoy an authentic Liège waffle with hot chocolate or a platter to share with a beer or glass of wine. All in a warm atmosphere around the stove.
